Cookie Policy
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and that the browser sends back on later visits. localStorage keeps information in the browser between visits; sessionStorage keeps it, as a rule, only while the tab is open. On this website the language is part of the address (/pt or /en), so there is no language cookie. 2. Categories and your choice
This website uses three categories. “Strictly necessary”: the storage essential to remember your cookie choice, keep the form you are filling in and protect the assistant session when you use it; it is always on and does not depend on consent. “Statistics”: measuring visits and understanding how the website is used. “Marketing”: measuring and showing advertising, including remarketing. The last two are optional, off by default and load only with your permission.
On your first visit you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” or “Preferences”, where you can permit each category separately. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and continuing to browse does not count as consent. Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months; after that, or if the categories change, you are asked again.
Your choice does not change what you can do on the website: the forms and the assistant work in the same way whether you accept or reject.
3. List of what the website stores
The table describes what this website stores or reads in your browser and the typical cookies of the optional tools, which exist only after you permit them. The durations of third-party cookies are those stated by their providers and may be changed by them. Records kept on servers are described in the Privacy Policy.
In the staff-only area (/admin), the sign-in page (/admin/entrar) loads Google Sign-In (accounts.google.com) solely to verify the authorised Google account of AllGreen staff; that script is not loaded on public pages.

4. Statistics and marketing: only with your permission
Statistics — Google Analytics 4, from Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC): used to measure visits and understand how the website is used. Marketing — Google Ads, from Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), and Meta Pixel, from Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): used to measure advertising results and to show advertising, including remarketing, that is, showing AllGreen ads to people who have already visited the website.
Each tool loads only in the browser of people who have permitted its category. Until you choose, and whenever you reject, the website does not load their scripts or send any signal to those providers: no request is made to Google or Meta for these purposes.
When permitted, these tools receive technical and browsing data — such as the IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and identifiers stored in cookies — and that data may be transferred to the United States. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 5 of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004).
You can withdraw permission at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page. When you do, the website deletes that category’s cookies, reloads the page and stops loading the tool.
5. Security check on forms
To stop automated mass submissions, the website uses its own automatic, invisible check: when you reach the last step of a form, or the summary card in the assistant, your browser makes a small calculation and sends the result together with the enquiry. It is not a cookie, stores nothing on your device, involves no third-party service and does not depend on your cookie choice.
7. Changing your choice and browser controls
To change your choice, open “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page, turn each optional category on or off and save. Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of what was done before.
You can also view and delete cookies and stored data in your browser’s privacy settings. If you delete the stored choice, the cookie notice appears again. If you block essential storage, your choice may not be saved and the form draft and the assistant session may not work.
8. Legal basis, contacts and changes
Strictly necessary storage does not depend on consent, under Article 5 of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004. The optional statistics (Google Analytics) and marketing tools depend on your consent (Article 5 of the same law and GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). For any question, email allgreen@allgreen.com.pt.
