2. Purpose and use of the website
The website presents AllGreen’s activity and lets you ask general questions, send company contact enquiries and express interest in work. These terms govern use of the website only; they do not replace the contracts or information that apply to an employment or service relationship. By using the website, you agree to respect these terms and the applicable law.
3. Enquiries, interest in work and conditions
Sending an enquiry, expressing interest in work or receiving a reference does not create a contract, is not a job offer or a guarantee of placement and does not confirm availability. The reference serves only to identify the enquiry. The conditions of any work or service are confirmed by AllGreen for each case.
The information on the website is general and may change. Do not take decisions — for example, about hiring or travelling — based only on the website or on an answer from the assistant; check with AllGreen first.
4. Responsible use
Give truthful information and only the data needed for the contact. Do not impersonate another person and do not send other people’s personal data without permission, identity documents, residence permits, work permits, bank details or health data.
Abusive automated submissions, spam, unlawful content, attempts at unauthorised access, attempts to bypass the security checks and actions that disrupt the website are not allowed. To prevent abuse, the website applies limits to the number of enquiries and messages.
5. Artificial intelligence assistant
The assistant is an artificial intelligence program, identified as such, which uses Google’s Gemini model to give general answers based on information provided by AllGreen. It may give incomplete or incorrect answers. Its answers are not legal advice, hiring decisions or job offers; conditions are confirmed by AllGreen for each case.
Conversations with the assistant are recorded to improve the answers and follow up your request, as explained in the Privacy Policy. An enquiry is created only when you review the summary card and confirm sending.
6. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and browser storage in the Cookie Policy, both available in the footer. Data collected through the website belongs to AllGreen; TodsAI LLC builds and maintains the website on AllGreen’s behalf. Your cookie choice does not limit your use of the forms or the assistant. Confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy is not consent to marketing.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, trade marks, graphics and code of the website belong to their respective owners or are used with permission or under licence. Apart from the portraits of the partners, the photographs on the website are illustrative stock images and do not depict AllGreen’s staff, clients or workplaces. You may browse the website and save information for personal or internal use. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial exploitation of protected elements requires the owner’s permission, except where the law allows it.
8. Availability and liability
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connection or service-provider failures, or security measures. If sending fails or you do not receive a reference, contact AllGreen by phone or email instead of sending the same enquiry several times.
AllGreen’s liability is governed by Portuguese law. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, nor consumers’ mandatory rights. Merely using the website does not guarantee results, placement or availability.
9. External links
External links make it easier to reach third-party information or services and do not mean that AllGreen endorses all the content of those sites. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
You can raise questions or complaints directly with AllGreen, using the contacts in section 1, and use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may turn to a consumer alternative dispute resolution body, under Portuguese Law no. 144/2015, in particular CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are settled by the Portuguese courts that have jurisdiction under the law, without prejudice to the alternative dispute resolution options mentioned in the previous section.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website or the law changes; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Changes apply to future use of the website. For any clarification, use the contacts in section 1. The Portuguese version is the authoritative version; this English text is a translation.
