How to Request a Temporary Team From AllGreen

Need to reinforce your team and wondering how to start? The process is simple: you tell us what you need and our team gets in touch. The clearer the information, the sooner we can talk about what is possible. This guide explains what to gather beforehand and what happens next.

Three ways to reach us

You can request a team through the form on our website, by phone or by email. The office, in Zambujeira do Mar, is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. The form is the most practical way to leave everything in writing, and you can fill it in at any hour.

You do not need to write a long text. A few lines are enough for the first conversation, and the rest is refined afterwards with our team, by phone or email, whichever suits you best.

The information that helps most

You do not need to have everything decided, but five points help us understand your need from the very first conversation.

If you are unsure what to write for any point, you can leave it open or write what you know so far. A simple sentence, such as “I need help with the harvest over the coming weeks”, is already a good start.

  • Roles: which tasks will be done (for example picking, kitchen, housekeeping, building work)
  • Number of people: an estimate is enough, and you can say you are not sure yet
  • Dates: when you start and for how long you expect to need people
  • Place: where the work is done and how to get there
  • Schedule: shifts, weekends, morning, afternoon or night work

Details that make a difference

Beyond those five points, some details prevent misunderstandings later. If the work needs specific experience, a driving licence or a language, say so. If the workplace is hard to reach, say that too. And if housing or transport matter to you, mention it straight away: we do not treat them as guaranteed, and AllGreen discusses them case by case, depending on the role, the location and the client.

Let us also know if someone in your company will be the main contact for the temporary team. Having a person of reference who receives the workers and answers questions day to day helps a great deal.

If there are site rules workers should know, such as arrival times, restricted areas or how to sign in on arrival, add that information to the request. The sooner the team knows these details, the faster they settle in on the first day.

What happens after you send the request

Once you send the form, the AllGreen team gets in touch to understand the details and assess the right support. It is a conversation to hear your company’s context, the profiles you need and when you need them. From there, we align the next step with you.

We do not promise fixed lead times or guaranteed numbers, because availability depends on the role, the season and the moment. We tell you honestly what is possible. If something is not workable, we would rather you know early.

You may need to adjust the request after the first conversation, for example changing dates or headcount. That is normal, and you only need to tell us. The request is not a closed commitment from the start: it is the beginning of a conversation.

If you do not know everything yet

It is very common not to have all the details settled. The form lets you say you are not sure yet and settle the rest with our team. Send what you already know: it is better to start the conversation early than to wait until everything is perfect.

You can also use the form more than once if you have different needs in different places or seasons. Simply describe each situation separately so it is clear what you want in each.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know exactly how many people I need?

No. You can give an estimate or say you are not sure yet, and settle the rest with our team.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We have no fixed time to promise. Our team gets in touch after receiving your request; if it is urgent, phone the office during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00.

Which sectors can you help with?

We work with agriculture, poultry, tourism and hospitality, and construction.

Can I ask for housing or transport for the team?

You can raise it in your request. The answer depends on the role, the location and the client, and it is discussed case by case.
